It's now all systems go for the Family Fitness Day at Farmleigh on Sunday July 5.

You could take it easy on the August Bank Holiday weekend - or you could have yourself an adventure at the the Beast of Ballyhoura or the Blackrock Challenge in the Ballyhoura Mountains in north Cork and east Limerick.

For a second year, Athletics Ireland is organising its "Family Fitness Day" at the Farmleigh state beside the Phoenix Park on Sunday July 5.

Colm Moran won a closely fought M18 competition at the Irish Sprint-O Championships held at Ross Island as a warm-up for the Shamrock O-Ringen in West Cork.

For a third year, our 3ROC 'n' Rollers team will take part in the Wicklow Way Relay on Saturday June 6 and am delighted to say that most of our "regulars" have signed up again. See below for team:
