What a team!
When I woke at 4.30 am with rain battering against the bedroom window on the morning of the Wicklow Way Relay, I suffered my first shiver of the day. What were we all thinking of - running 104km from Klmashogue to Shillellagh on a day like this? ?

In the middle distance race at the World University Championships in Tartu, Gerard Butler finished 88th with a time of 70 mins 31 secs for the 6.17km course with 80m climb and 13 controls.

For years, we have been trying to promote orienteering, though initiatives like National O-Day and Come-and-Try-It events.
Now, through the Family Fitness Festival, organised by Athletics Ireland, a means of promoting our sport has fallen into our laps.

Reports and Reviews Reports and Reviews / Congratulations to 3ROC winners at NIOC 2007
3ROC results from the Northern Ireland Championships September 29th 2007 are below.

Congratulations also to Eoin McCullough (M14A) who was selected to run for Ireland in the Junior Home International which was incorporated in the NIOC weekend.

England won the JHI, followed by Scotland. Despite a 37 point draw between Ireland and Wales after Day 1, the Welsh pulled away in the Relays on Day 2 to finish 12 points clear.
